FRIDAY – 12 November  

REGISTRATION – 1600-2100  Warrior Challenges (free & only registered warriors may compete)
1800-2030  P’Tok Knock & Photon Torpedo Warrior Challenges 
GROUP PHOTO – 2100 (9pm)
DOCKING PARTY – beach front, 1800 till, starts with a barbeque – contribute to the kitty & feast with us.  We’ll take over the adjoining bar and party till we wear ourselves out.  Warriors involved in the Planet Hollywood Takeover will meet at 2200 in the bar.

SATURDAY – 13 November

 Warrior Challenges free of charge for registered warriors.  Be prepared - you will need transportation to/from Scavenger Hunt/Mini Golf and Planet Hollywood.
0800-1030  Scavenger Hunt                                         PREREGISTER & SAVE MONEY 
1030-1200  Mini Golf Challenge                                 $25 before 30 June 04
1230-1400  Hunting Season                                         $35 before 30 September 04
1300-1400  Acquisition                                             $45 after 1 Oct & at the door
1330-1430  Tribble Toss                                               We will refund if canceling before 30 Sep
                                                                                            Warriors pay $5 to compete
1300-1500   Bragging Rights – Public Math                  for Sword of Kahless.

1730 (5:30pm) – GROUP PHOTO in front of Planet Hollywood – DON’T MISS IT !    
Dinner – Be in gear (costume) at Planet Hollywood.  We have a special Klingon Invasion planned for Planet Hollywood.  Returning Warriors retain their battle position
2000     Great Hall, bar is pay as you go, skits and ceremonies.  Dancers, Formal Introductions, Competitions – Prizes, drumming special, DJ, dance party.  Recognition of Bash Charter Warriors and Celebration of Bash Virgins.   Presentation of Warrior Honors - Sword of Kahless presented to Challenge Winner.

SUNDAY, 14 November

Farewells/brunch – 0930-1200.  1 Group photo (free) will be available for pick up around 1100.

NOTES:  Smith Studios, Professional photographer for group pictures.  Can arrange private photos directly with the photographer.  Starbase Columbus may be there again this year !! 
If you want to be guaranteed a personalized nametag – you have to register before 20 October !

Myrtle Beach rules:  No thongs.  Alcohol in your room is okay – but no personal bottles/cans of alcohol are allowed on the beach or in common areas of the hotels (including Great Hall) – recommend using plastic cups or other drinking containers.  If it’s illegal anywhere in the US – then it’s illegal at Beach Bash.
